What to Expect
In this class, we move beyond the "rush" of daily life. With 75 minutes, we have the space to focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation without feeling hurried.
Mindful Warm-up: We begin with gentle movements to wake up the joints and settle the mind.
The Foundation: We explore classic standing and seated postures (asanas), focusing on building strength, flexibility, and balance.
