What are Clinical Assessments?
PROFESSIONAL EVALUATIONSAssessments are intended to provide official diagnosis of a condition and help create personalized recommendations for resources, strategies and accommodations. Assessments are often used for: Applications for accommodations at school or work, applications for disability resources and treatment planning.

Key Information
Who can be assessed?
You must be 18 years of age or older
Seeking evaluation for ADHD, autism, diagnostic concerns (e.g., multiple diagnoses, unsure if current diagnosis list “fits” or explains all concerns), or gender-affirming care
At this time, we do not provide assessments for children, dementia or traumatic brain injury or legal matters (e.g., custody evaluations, competency) .
What’s the process?
During an assessment, you will complete a series of measures which will provide information about a wide range of important factors. These typically include an interview, questionnaires, and tests of ability.
Assessment takes place in three stages:
Intake (1 hour, in person or virtual)
Testing Day (5-6 hours, in-person)
Feedback (1 hour, 2-3 weeks after testing, in-person or virtual)
What are the costs?
Intake appointment: $225 (may be covered by insurance; clients should investigate what their insurance will cover before scheduling)
Testing deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling.
Testing day: $2,500 assessment fee, which covers the full day of testing, a detailed report with recommendations, one accommodation request form, and the feedback session. (Additional paperwork requests may be subject to additional fees.)
