Undergraduate Internship in Human Services / Business / Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and growth-oriented Undergraduate Interns from Human Services, Business, Marketing, or related programs to join our team.

This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to the operations of a multidisciplinary behavioral health organization. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting community engagement, program development, administrative operations, outreach, and/or marketing initiatives. Depending on academic track and interests, interns may assist with wellness programming, social media and communications, community partnerships, client experience improvement, or organizational development projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in careers in mental health, nonprofit leadership, healthcare administration, social impact, marketing, or community development.

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program in:

    • Human Services

    • Psychology / Sociology

    • Business Administration

    • Marketing / Communications

    • Public Health

    • Or a related field

  • Strong interest in community wellness, mental health, or social impact

  • Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn

  • Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively

  • Must meet any academic internship requirements set by your university (if applicable

Graduate Clinical Internship: Counseling / Social Work / Psychology Track

Position Overview

This clinical internship provides structured supervision, hands-on clinical training, and exposure to diverse populations within a collaborative and supportive environment. Interns will develop foundational clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, documentation, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care.

Graduate interns will have opportunities to observe and participate in individual counseling, group therapy, psychoeducational programming, and innovative wellness initiatives depending on training level and program requirements.

Clinical Training Opportunities

  • Individual and group counseling experience

  • Clinical documentation and case conceptualization

  • Treatment planning and evidence-based interventions

  • Exposure to diverse populations and presenting concerns

  • Ethical and culturally responsive clinical practice

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Supervision aligned with licensure competencies

  • Optional exposure to program development, community mental health, and innovative care models

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Graduate program leading to clinical licensure, including but not limited to:

    • Clinical Mental Health Counseling / Professional Counseling

    • Social Work (MSW)

    • Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology

  • Eligible for internship or practicum placement per university requirements

  • Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to receive and apply clinical supervision

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Passion for serving diverse and historically underserved communities
