BRAINS UNBOXED: THRIVING WITH ADHD

Teen ADHD group now enrolling

Brains Unboxed: Thriving with ADHD is a teen support group designed to turn confusion into confidence. We provide real-life skills, honest conversations, and a judgment-free space where teens can learn how to work with their brains, not against them. This groups is for teens aged 13-18 who have been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect they may have it. The group is intended to help give teens a better understanding of how their brain works by offering practical tools for
managing focus and time, handling overwhelming moments and building routines that actually stick.
