MIND/BODY CONNECTION

Coming Soon: Yoga Partners

Our challenges don’t just affect our thoughts and feelings but live in our bodies as well. Trauma and anxiety often manifest as pain, tension or discomfort in our joints and muscles. At Seeking Wellness, our holistic approach integrates yoga to strengthen the mind/body connection and help you work through your challenges with positive touch and movement. We’ve partnered with Sweet Rain Healing and Yamama Yoga to provide healing yoga to our clients. Let’s get moving.

YAMAMA & Lil’ Yogis Yoga Studio

YAMAMA & Lil’ Yogis Yoga Studio is a nurturing, inclusive space where caregivers and children move, breathe, and bond through playful, story-based yoga. We bring families together on the mat to build connection, confidence, and mindfulness through joyful movement. At YAMAMA, we believe in the magic of movement, breath, and connection. Doing yoga with your child isn’t just about poses—it’s about building trust, sharing joy, and creating memories that move beyond the mat. Yoga supports emotional regulation, strengthens the caregiver-child bond, and helps lil’ ones develop grow in focus, flexibility, and confidence. So grab your mat, your kiddo, and let’s flow together.
