Sweet Rain’s mission is to be a catalyst for transformative change, grounded in unwavering commitment to social justice, decolonization, anti-racism, and liberation. Our journey involves resistance against colonial powers and capitalism through the transformative practices of yoga, healing, rest, and creativity. We denounce racism, hate, and oppression in all their forms. Sweet Rain Healing is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant and diverse community, where all can feel heard and represented. Our commitment to yoga, spirituality, and energetic healing means that our classes/workshops/etc. are anti-racist, trauma-informed, accessible offerings that honor, not appropriate, these sacred practices.
