I know starting therapy can be overwhelming, and I’m here to make the journey as comfortable and safe as possible. I take a holistic approach, recognizing how our environment, history, family, and life context influence our well-being. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, integrating a range of traditional and nontraditional methods. Therapy is a partnership, and I tailor my approach to each person to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I often work with individuals seeking to improve relationships—whether with themselves, partners, family, or friends. I'm particularly passionate about working through acceptance, boundary setting, life or role transitions, or attachment issues. I also support personal journeys as people navigate self-discovery and identity. I have experience working with individuals with disabilities, cognitive impairments, neurodivergence, and traumatic brain injuries, and I am committed to creating accessible and supportive services for everyone.

Outside work, I love spending time outdoors—hiking, exploring nature, gardening, or soaking in the sun. Indoors, you’ll often find me playing board games or video games, reading, watching sitcoms, building models, or solving puzzles.

I am honored to hold a sacred, healing space to help others find inner peace and define what a meaningful life looks like for them. Please visit our 'Contact' page to schedule an appointment, and let’s begin this journey together.
