INTERN IN COUNSELOR EDUCATION

She/Her

Life can be incredibly challenging at times. We’re all navigating a complicated and rapidly shifting world, and it can be hard to feel like you can find your footing. It is really hard carrying all that by ourselves, but the truth is, you don’t have to do any of this on your own. My goal in the therapy space is to walk alongside you on your path, and ensure that whatever difficulties you bring into the counseling session, you don’t have to face them alone. I work with teens and adults in self exploration, navigating relationships, experiencing transitions, and those dealing with depression, anxiety or other challenges.

I am currently in the second year of my master’s in counseling program at Virginia Tech. As a counselor, I strive to make my clients feel seen, heard and welcomed. I find value in authenticity, humility and the chance to create a meaningful connection with clients.

I hold great value in the idea that the clients I see are the experts in their own lives. I am honored to provide a space where you can feel free from judgement while we work together to explore anything you bring into the therapy space.

In my free time, I love to explore new artistic mediums! You’ll often find me carving stamps, painting and drawing. If I’m not doing that, I’m playing video games and spending time with my cat.
