Life isn’t always easy. At times, things can feel confusing, heavy, or hard to name, especially in your sense of self or different areas of your life. It can feel hard to feel fully like yourself, or to make sense of what you’re carrying. I create a therapy space for adults looking to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

Even if you don’t fully know what’s going on, that’s okay. We can take time to explore that together.

I take a collaborative and relational approach to therapy. I don’t see therapy as trying to “fix” you or get you to a perfect version of yourself. Instead, it’s a space to slow things down, notice what’s coming up, and build self-understanding, while also trying out new ways of relating to yourself and others.

In our work, we’ll look at what’s happening in your day-to-day life, as well as the deeper themes underneath it. That can include anxiety, relationship stress, identity exploration, grief, or life transitions. Together, we can make space for both what feels clear and what feels complicated, and work toward a deeper understanding of what’s going on for you.
