SUPERVISEE IN SOCIAL WORKShe/Her
I am passionate about helping children and adolescents develop healthy emotional expression, build resilience, and strengthen their ability to manage emotions as they navigate life's challenges. As a native New Yorker, I value creating a supportive, safe, and engaging environment where young people can grow, adapt to their surroundings, and build confidence in their abilities.
My clinical focus includes working with children diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I utilize play therapy and a strengths-based approach to help children identify their unique abilities, develop effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and foster positive behavioral change. I am committed to empowering children and families, particularly those facing adversity, by using creativity, compassion, and evidence-based interventions to support lasting growth.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy expressing my creativity through music production and songwriting in my home studio.
If your child is experiencing behavioral, emotional, or social concerns at home, school, or daycare, I welcome the opportunity to discuss how therapy may help. Please click below to schedule an appointment, and together we can begin building the skills needed for lasting success.
