LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORShe/Her
One of my favorite things about counseling is the opportunity to connect with clients in a meaningful and authentic way. We all desire to be truly seen, and yet we often struggle with finding that in our relationships. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and negative core beliefs get in the way of developing the love and connection we desire. I specialize in helping individuals understand their relational dynamics and discover how to find and sustain meaningful connection.
I am especially passionate about assisting clients through heartbreak. If you are going through a breakup, divorce, or loss of a loved one, you may find yourself grieving not only the relationship, but changes in your identity and sense of stability. The end of a significant relationship can be one of the most painful and disorienting experiences in life. You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone—together we can work toward healing and a renewed sense of direction.
In addition to therapy, I’m an associate professor at Northern Kentucky University and a proud, single mom to one of the coolest kiddos (I’m admittedly biased). Our free time is spent walking the dog, exploring parks, making scones, and enjoying a good laugh.
